Demorize Digital Signage Software

Chapter 15. The User Interface

The Demorize Editor is designed as a complete environment for managing Demorize presentations. This has been reflected in the user interface by the project driven model that you work in. A project in the Demorize Editor means the management of the data and configuration for a presentation stream. The project workspace contains all the scenes, data source connections and stream configurations that are needed by the Demorize system in order for clients to run their presentation displays. The Demorize Editor is the only program you need to use for designing what is actually shown on each of the presentation displays connected to the system, except for the creation of media files. Media files, such as images and video, must be edited and created in other programs that are not part of the Demorize system.

The different views fill their own purpose but they are interconnected in the data that they represent. The views represent the same project that has been opened, but different views and parts of it. The following chapters describe the different views in detail.
