There are a number of different data source types in Demorize, that can provide information from databases, files or other common places. But there can be occations where you need to access data in a special way. Then it may be an option to use a script based data source.

The script data source is created by choosing "New Script Data File" and set the Lua script file as the source. The script data source will have an internal data item named "data" for accessing the data. The Lua script file generates the data by implementing a number of script functions.
